[mk2] disc brake upgrade

  thanx to all those who sent me links, attachments, and information. it
is greatly appreciated. what i've compiled here is a list of things i've
been told i'll need. please, if you see something that should be added,
let me know. in addition, are there any special tools that i'm going to
need to get these parts off? thanx.

calipers (rear only or front and rear? i have an '86 mk2)
stub axles
rotors
bearings (buy new ones?)
e-brake cables (buy new ones?)
proportioning valves (front mc and rear)
brake booster
master cylinder
spindles
backing plates
splash shields

  i do have a haynes manual (no flames please) which has a picture of
the complete disc system, but it's not there that i'm concerned with. it
everything else. i'll be driving quite a ways to get this so
"accidently" forgetting something is not an option. i'd rather take too
much than too little.
