i think i remember something similar to this on GT1, only opposite.  Like
when you looked
at a car in the dealer, it would show one hp # but when you got it in
your garage it would be higher--free hp!  I think i remember it doing that
with a certain civIck, and others as well.   I just wish i could do the 
same with my scirocco when i park it in my garage:)
