I would bet it is coming in around the fresh air intake.  Pop the hood and 
look at the rain tray.  See how the climate system pops through the floor of 
the rain tray?  Well, the seal between plastic and metal wears out 
eventually and you get water on your feet.  Clean all the dirt out and then 
apply a silicone bead around your heater and fresh air intake.
