I helped Dave G. pull his last century and it requires disconnecting the
intake and exhaust on the back of the head. [You really don't need to,
min just disconnect the cat. Heavier that way though.]

You _will_ need the 12 point drivers to back the bolts out, Hex key will
not work. TIming belt comes off, injectors come out but stay on the fuel
lines. Once it's all loose you will rock it around a bit but it will
need to come straight up to clear the alignment pins.
