motor mount replacement

Apparently the passenger-side motor mount on my MkII is "sagging"
(according to an inspection). I had a look today, but I can't really tell
one way or the other (lack of experience). Just for the sake of asking,
what is the procedure to replace the motor mounts? I'm thinking I should
just get them all replaced; perhaps will clear up some dash noises, and
generally increase my comfort level while driving (the thought of my
engine dropping while driving scares me, as it should). I couldn't find
anything in the Bentley service manual on the mounts at all.

I expect replacing them will require hoisting the engine, something I
certainly wouldn't be able to do myself. Can any of you living in British
Columbia suggest a decent garage in the Vancouver area for getting this
done? Anything else I should consider having done while the engine is out
of the car (maintenance and safety wise; I'm leaving performance
modifications until the car is stable, unless something desperately needs
fixing).

Thanks all -- I really appreciate the collective experience here. Makes me
a lot braver (and hopefully smarter) when working on my car.
