Brian, that sticky shit is a SERIOUS pain in the ass.  I reccomend getting
a portable propane torch, heating that crap up and SLOWLY pulling the
fender off, if you get resistance, apply more heat!  You get the idea...

The worst area is inside the fender, behind the wheel, where the three
bolts go into the door hinge area...make sure to heat and scrape as much
of the undercoating (sticky shit) as you can in that area before
attempting to remove the fender.
