Its really not as complicated as you might think. It's as simple as
putting brake fluid in the cylinder and actuating the lever until all the
air comes out of the cylinder. IMHO, its a waste of time. Just install
the MC and add fluid. Bleed the brakes as you normally would and the MC
bleeds out on its own.
