How to bench bleed

	Can someone give explicit, stepwise instructions for bench bleeding a 
master cylinder?  I vaguely remember a replacement master cylinder in my 
distant past coming with tubing and some instructions but the most recent 
one didn't.  Thanks in advance.  benton----
