225/50/14 autoX tires

There's a lot of AutoXers here on the list, so here it goes...

I had a set of Hoosier 205/55/14's (slightly used) on hold for the uGLI 
before I crashed it.  I picked up a rabbit vert, and although its not a real 
great autoX car, I'll hit about 3 or 4 next season.  The 205's are gone and 
all that are left are a set of 225/50/14.  The guy insists that they're 
autoX compound, even tho Tire Rack's page shows the 205's as the only 
autoXers.

Will the 225's fit on the cabby? It has stock diameter springs, and will 
probably run a street alignment (not much camber). I'll be running them on a 
set of 'snowflake' alloys...

I think I should just wait till a set of 205/55/14's show up again. Any
