well,
I got the rear tail blend piece from JE Designs that
goes in between the tailights for the MKII.
I must say that I am EXTREMELY disappointed with both
the fit and finish.
It is a fiberglass piece with two blocks bonded to it for mounting.
The outside of the fiberglass had a flaw in it that can probably be
fixed with bondo or something of the sort, but was definitely a
manufacturing flaw.
The mounting holes didn't line up, and I had to clearance the license plate
holes a bit, and it still didn't fit exactly.
If anyone else wants the smoothed tail section look, I would recommend
something else or fabricating a section to weld on the hatch.
