To make it the easiest you can just get Frontpage and a Yahoo account. Once
you finish your page/s in frontpage you just hit publish and it
automatically uploads and installs your page on Yahoo/Geocities. Yeah the
URL sucks but if its your first page you cant beat it the ease of it all and
its free.
