Um well......yeah, I might know how :-)

you take a bosch 5 prong relay. solder up some connectors from a junkyard to
mate up with the temp sender circuit, slap in a 1100 ohm relay, a ground
wire and a wire to the full throttle positive lead.

The hard part is knowing which terminals to connect it all to on the relay.
