Is that for the factory part?  If so, $305 is a very good part.  I think the 
factory downpipe & cat is like $700.  The Techtonics 16v downpipe and cat is 
$325.  If your flex coupling is not broken, the cheapest way to go is having 
an aftermarket cat welded on your downpipe.  I just did this.  I couldn't 
quite spring for the TT downpipe and cat.  I figure that if my flex coupling 
goes out in the next couple of years, I will get the TT part.
