Julie,
That totally sucks! It makes it so hard to trust other real
mechanics who Do do good work. Find a good mechanic
in your area that you can trust and take it to him/her only.
You might post to the list where your from and see if anyone
on the list can recommend someone.
Do you know a good Lawyer. I'd definitly go after them,
or at least turn them into the Better Business Bureau.
Sorry about your misfortune, that's why I very rarely
let anyone touch my car. If its broke, it sits till I figure
out how to fix it and I am definitly not a mechanic or a
rocket scientist, so sometimes it sits for quite a while.
Truly hope everything works out. :)
