Re: HOLY CRAP!



I've taken 1st for stock at Waterfest and Driverfest both.  The only 2 shows
that I've ever attended and I'd love to do more.  The car is immaculate and
I'm the original owner.  The thought of a 2 liter did enter my mind, but
it's a pristine example of what are cars were like when they were new.  So,
I think I'm going to bite the bullet and go for it.

As far as Craig's advise goes.  The belts and gaskets hardly cost anything
by themselves in the big picture.  It's the 17 hours of labor that's costing
so much and the clutch is $180.  Labor comes to about $1,300 and parts come
to about $700 including the clutch.
