Wonder if it would help then to 'rifle' the intake runners to swirl the
incoming air. 
Perhaps a small insert (has to be small to cut down on parasitic drag)
to aid in the rotation of the air entering the cylinder.

Hmm, even if wont work it would still sell, right? ;)
