I've heard some not very good things about the AVO's.  Great
things about the H&R's, which are pretty expensive.  Little
about the KW's.  The Leda's look really sweet, but I don't
know much about them.  And the Ground Control system, mated
with Koni's, and Eibach springs have probably been used on
more VW racecars then any other coil over system.
They aren't made out aerospace materials, but they're quite
solid performers.  It's what I'm putting on my ITB Scirocco.
