OT: So many Sciroccos in San Diego!

wow. i just got back from a trip to san diego (AWESOME city, btw) and i saw 
more sciroccos there in 4 days then i have in the last 5 yrs combined in the 
east. i saw 3 flash silver 16v's like mine! this is the first time i've seen 
another one since i've had mine (since '95). mostly i saw them in the 
pacific beach area (any of you guys?). the ones that i remember were the 
silver ones; 2 had teardrops (one w/euro bumpers) and one didn't. also, a 
red 16v w/teardrops at the pt loma national park or whatever the official 
name is. not to mention various 8vs and mkis (haven't seen a mk 1 in a 
couple of yrs out here). plus an old jag e type, and TONS of old porsches 
and vw bugs, ghias, etc. the girl that i stayed with got pissed at me cause 
i made her stop every time i saw one. i was so excited. some people just 
don't understand :) just had to share.
