Speaking of noisy Lifters....

Speaking of noisy lifters, Every morning when I start my engine for about the 
first 5 seconds after it is running I hear very loud clickclackclickclack 
from the lifters. It just turns my stomach when I hear it.  I use 20/50 
Mobile one should I be using diff. oil grade?
