Bad engine news

Hi,
I'm about to drop my oilpan and see how bad things are. I was in the
K-Mart parking lot going about 5 MPH  when I heard a racket. Turns out
it was the good old 16V. Sounds like a spun bearing or broken rod. Towed
home, to make matters worse traffic changed a 1/2 hr trip into a 2 hr
trip. I'll make another post later tonight with the gory details..
