Rear disks and wheel bearings

How on earth do I press in the wheel bearings into the rear disks?
Actually, I know HOW to press them in, but I need to know what gets pressed
into where? That is, which parts get pressed in which order and where does
the final seal (the one which looks like a cam seal) get pressed?  TIA
