Re: who's got a scirocco with a 2.0l 8v?



    The Audi 80/90 4-cyl works great, and no clearance problems! I've never
seen it in a Scirocco, but I've driven it in a Rabbit (owned by Toya of Pelham
Motors here in Western Mass - I'm sure I'm spelling his name wrong, but I've
never seen it written - Joe can correct me here). It pulled very strongly all
the way from low rpm's, and he has some sort of a hot cam in it, so at high
rpm's it was quite something. Somewhere around 140bhp, I think. More than a 16v
by quite a bit, and simpler. It's definitely what I'd go for if I was doing
something like that.
