big flat screwdriver or paint scraper and a hammer!!  If you don't mind 
damaging the paint underneith.  Thats how my dad and I did it in a junkyard 
in about 105 degree heat!!  Have one person pull and the other slam that 
screwdriver in there with a hammer!
