For the wiper conversion you need all the parts except the motor . 
This includes the arm , the linkage and the bracket . 
I am not sure if it will fit right on there though without some bracket mods 
where it bolts onto the car . My friend put one on his Golf and he had to 
bend the mounting point 180 degrees in order for  it to bolt down.

The exhaust in question will not work on your car . What you need to find is 
one off of an early scirocco or rabbit , also all diesel rabbits came with 
the dual too . 

I am not positive on the head but I do belive it has bigger valves than yours 
and I do know that they are hydraulic which I think requires a change in your 
oil pump . I would just put the whole motor in with the knock sensing 
ignition and higher compression it would be a worthwhile upgrade .
