RE: vw lighting (with additions)

<x-charset iso-8859-1>I had an open spot around the cluster on the right side, bottom slot. If
you want to do it, perhaps you can get one of the driving light switches
that came stock on Euro spec models (this is the one I bought). It's a
three position switch that has been talked about on the list. First
position is off (duh), second is rear driving lights, third is rear and
front driving lights. Perhaps you can hook up your fog lights to one of the
positions? Although, I'm not sure it makes sense. In real fog, the last
thing you want are your high beams on. And when you're using your high
beams, your fogs would probably be overkill. I think some people on this
list wired the setup so both filaments in the low beams always come on when
you turn on your high beams, so it can be done without a switch.

Geeez I will have to add that driving light switch. Hmm where did you put it
too
make it look good? All my switching around the gauges are takin up (fog
lights,
defroster, hazards, headlight)?
