SV: 8V's as opposed to 16V's



<x-charset iso-8859-1>The Scirocco was the first VW production car built with the 16V motor, and as Ewan said mid 85, myself I belive it was autumn 85 but around there defenitly.

However if you americans didn't get the 16V Scirocco until mid 86 doesn't mean it hasn't been made, sold etc elsewhere.
