Re: Volkswagen of America RECALL!!!



<x-charset iso-8859-1>    I just received a letter from VWOA two days ago notifying me that my car
1) qualifies for this recall campaign and 2) the inspection/repair has never
been performed on my car. I find this interesting because the local
stealership had previously told me my vehicle (87 16v) was not involved in
the recall according to my VIN. Lying, suckass bastards! Shortsighted too.
Far cheaper to do the recall than pay out the ass for a toasted customer &
his family.
