We have the same thing here in Philly at the Franklin Mills mall. It is a 1.2
mile straight track with no stop signs or traffic lights going around the back
side of the mall, and the best part is that it is pretty curvy too!

I often wash my 'rocco at the wash it yourself place in the mall, and then
take the track once or twice to dry off the car off really quickly. I can get
up to 75 MPH in a 25 MPH zone which is fun, few other places around that you
can triple the speed limit....
