for euro listers (rear fog question)

<x-charset iso-8859-1>  how do these work on a scirocco? i'm thinking about cutting out the
hole and doing this on my car. are these lights clear (i hope not)? are
they brighter? do they work? please let me know. i'm not looking to make
my car euro-spec (i actually do like the larger bumpers), but looking to
make it unique. please let me know what you know (you know how us poor
americans are :)  thanx.
