<x-charset iso-8859-1>I had an 83 8v with the same problem (puddle on back floor). I traced it to
the windshield washer housing (under the mono wiper) I removed the plastic
cover under the hood, and caulked it with clear silicon, the leak stopped, I
was amazed that it was coming in from the front!

Hope this helps, I would check there.
