Euro bumper cover

	So how does a stateside guy go about getting a new bumper cover (the black
plastic) for a Euro bumper?  Are they the same as US spec?  In a very
related note, is there a way to remove paint from the bumper cover without
removing the shine of the plastic underneath and essentially return a
painted bumper cover to it's stock look?
