Try loosening the rer tranny mount nuts and see if you can move the
tranny.  
if you look on the rear mount itself, you should be able to see where the
nuts previously sat on the mount. Adjust the tranny so it sits in its old
spot and tighten. See how that works. Otherwise you will need to realign
the shifter. (PITA.)
