Install tips needed (header and sway bars)

Hey guys, i'm gonna go ahead and put in a few things i've been puting off
for a while now, install a eurosport header and a front (22mm) swaybar.  any
tips for either?

  I've got the nuts on the manifold soaking in penetrating oil right now
(i've seen enough broken stud posts here that i've figured that much out).
Anything else i can to that will speed things up.

Same with the swaybar, i guess i'll have to jack up the front to do it, but
is there anything i can do to help the process or will it be pretty
straightforward?
