Re: Install tips needed (header and sway bars)



As far as the manifold nuts go, make sure you're using a 6 point socket where it
will reach, and a 6-point box end wrench where it won't.  The only thing worse
than twisting a stud off is rounding the nut off.  Shouldn't happen though,
since the head is aluminum after all.

With the swaybar, position the front arms up over the a-arms and bolt up the
back end loosely.  Then, let the car down from being jacked up which increases
clearance between the a-arm and the driveshaft, and turn the wheels to access
the front brackets and bolts.  Sometimes can be a beehaatch.
