The 2.0 16V must have been available at some time in Europe
though.  There's a guy locally that owns a 2.016V Jetta, but it's a
stock eurospec motor with something like 11:1 compression ratio.
It's owned by a VW mechanic who owns an aftermarket business
locally.  The car hauls but though and spanks other 2.0L 16V's.
