Don't worry about it. Whenever you remove the intake, exhaust or cylinder
head, you always will get some smoke on startup. Its perfectly normal.
The smoke will clear up usually after the first drive. 
Its somewhat alarming to see smoke comming from the engine bay after
you've worked on the car, isn't it! I build probably 2 engines a week and
I still find myself taking a closer look on engine components even tho
ive just completely build an all new turbo motor. Fired the thing up and
smoke billowed from the exhaust manifold. Kind of freaked me out but it
was just some residual oil on the manifold. (Turbo manifolds heat up
quick.) *sigh* and repeat to yourself, "this is normal". :)
