RE: Hatch Lock



MkI or MkII???

Anyway, you need to remove the rear deck or just fold down the rear seat 
and then you can reach the lock mechanism from inside the car and pop it 
open with pliers or a big screwdriver.

I have to do this all the time to get into locked hatches in the 
pick-n-pull
