[Q] Tranny swap

I'm about to take the plunge. I'm installing a FN tranny to replace my
failing 9A, and I have some final questions to ask:
    1.  Do I reuse the existing clutch push rod
    2.  I replaced the final drive seals, do I replace the seal on the
main shaft on the tranny
