  UPS is the problem, actually.

  Neither Fedex nor surface mail charge you like UPS does. They charge a
standard brokerage fee just for the honour of checking if your package is
taxable, and if it is, they charge you on top of their brokerage fee.

  Anything sent to me via UPS is refused outright.
