I must agree!  My first Scirocco was an 87 16v and when I bought it it had
an A3 tranny.  It was SOOOOO fast!  Now I drive a lowly 8v....BIG difference
in top speed, but at least the 8v has mega low speed manueverability!

If I ever get another 16v, I'd be first in line to put on the A3!

Now, I just have to figure out what it actually is and where they come
from..... ;-)
