It looks like Andres idea is gonna be realized, and is a good idea.
As for a fee, I'm not sure,  you could always take it on your self
as a service for the list (like the potters making the www.scirocco.org
stickers) and/or offer a discount to the list, I think that would 
be enough for some ad space on the site, yes? no?
