	The goal of these top hats is to level off cars after they have been 
lowered. Or to go with bilstiens or konis that have threaded rears to get 
both ends nice and low. The Hat is smaller so it you don't lose spring travel 
but you loss shock travel. Only about half an inch or less. 
Its amazing what half an inch dose to the aesthetics of a car.
