Need Help- Mono wiper install

Well I just received my mono wiper from Jim Buck and I was wondering if 
anyone who has installed one, could give me tips on putting it in.  I first 
noticed that it's not going to be a direct plug as far as the wiring harness 
goes. There are like 5 wires, and I don't know what any of the colors mean. 
Can someone tell me what colors wires go with what.  Any advice would be 
greatly appreciated. Oh and do I just use one of my stock wiper blades or 
can I get something larger?
