RE: used parts/bad mpg



Could be the seal on the plate on top of the tank that the fuel lifter 
is attached to (under the rear seat), although when I had a problem with 
it there was a _STRONG_ smell inside the car as well.

If the cold start valve was on all the time the car would idle very high 
and drive very poorly.
