[TECH][G60 transplant questions]

I have been thinking about this quite about the past few days and came up
with these questions...

1. Intercooler location? I am looking at a pic of a MK1 GTi and he retained
the battery in the engine bay so the intercooler must be in a location
similar to the stock location on a Corrado. But an MK2 GTi with G60
Eurotech has a massive intercooler and no visible battery in the engine
bay. Recomendations?

2. Transmission? Would the stock tranny from a 16v Scirocco work, or would
you have to use one from a Corrado? What about the cable shift? What about
the hydraulic clutch?

3. Would it be possible to retain the ABS?

4. What injection system does the G60 use? Is it the Motronic?

5. Any one on the list have a G60 setup?
