Ahh, that's why there was silicone in the drains...(WTF, why the 
hell would somebody plug up the drains? I thought the other day). 
I crawled back there with a flashlight and sure enough the gaskets 
for the taillights are soaked.  Can I just remove the rear light and 
put sealer on the gasket or is it possible to get new gaskets?
