This may work if you have the solid KH disks to start with; but
if you have the solid ATe disks you need to change out the calipers,
the caliper bracket, and the hoses.  Also, you will need to do a little
bending on the splash plate.

This is not too difficult if you find a donor car in the junk yard
with all the parts in place.  I think I only paid about $30 per wheel
to get the calipers/brackets.  Hoses and disks I bought new.
