As I've already mentioned, I was referring to a 16v Scirocco (the statement
was taken from the page I made to advertise my old car, an 87 16v roc).
Also, I said the *media* said these things about the car (meaning not me).
I have an old VW&Porsche that mentions something to that effect, they were
testing the 16v roc.

And, I personally believe that a 16v roc with brakes in good stock condition
(10.1's front and properly functioning rear calipers, stock wheels, etc)
will outbrake a stock 944.  I might be wrong, and if I am don't bother
telling me   :)
