RE: Painting a Rocco



Storm models have same bonnet as all the other 2 wiper MKIIs.  If the vents
aren't there, they've been filled-in.  The vents are separated from the
engine compartment by the rubber strip that runs across the top of the
bulkhead so whether they are there or not will make no difference to the
engine cooling.  You could fill in the vents because there are largeish
drain holes in the inner wing, on either side and also the gap between the
wing/scuttle & bonnet which I'm sure would let in enough air for the heater.
