RE: sooty plugs. prognosis?



Restriction in the air-box shouldn't make any difference to how rich a k-jet
system runs.  Less air = less fuel going in.  Different if you have a carb
system where the higher vacuum in the venturi, caused by the restriction,
causes more fuel to flow giving a richer mixture.
